Refund Policy
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made on course.taxease.ph are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
TaxEase PH sells digital products — including ebooks, video courses, webinars, and downloadable templates — that are delivered electronically and made immediately accessible upon successful payment. Because digital products cannot be physically returned and their content is accessible upon delivery, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits of any kind.
2. No Exceptions
We do not issue refunds for any of the following reasons, without limitation:
- Change of mind after purchase
- The product did not meet your expectations
- You did not read the product description before purchasing
- You purchased the product by mistake
- You no longer need the product
- You are dissatisfied with the depth, length, or style of the content
- You purchased the same product more than once
- Slow internet connection or personal device incompatibility
- Partial or non-completion of a course or ebook
We encourage all potential buyers to carefully review the product description, table of contents, and any available sample content before completing a purchase.
3. Delivery Issues
If you experience difficulty accessing your purchased product (e.g., you did not receive your download link or account access), please contact us at hello@course.taxease.ph within 7 calendar days of purchase. We will make every effort to re-deliver the product to you.
Re-delivery of the product does not constitute a refund and does not change the all-sales-final nature of the transaction.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer does not entitle you to a refund and is a violation of this policy. In the event of a chargeback, TaxEase PH reserves the right to:
- Immediately revoke your access to all purchased products
- Submit purchase and delivery records to your payment provider as evidence of legitimate delivery
- Decline all future purchases from the associated account or payment method
Fraudulent chargebacks may be subject to legal action under applicable Philippine law.
5. Consumer Rights Under Philippine Law
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under Republic Act No. 7394 (Consumer Act of the Philippines) or other applicable Philippine consumer protection laws. Where your statutory rights provide protections that cannot be waived by contract, those rights apply.
